As a customer, you agree to receive promotional materials and/or special offers from Loan2cart  by email, SMS, or Whatsapp.

Taking no action in response to a breach by you or others does not waive Loan2cart’s right to act in response to subsequent or similar breaches. It is not guaranteed that Loan2cart will take action against every breach of these Terms of Service. As far as this ToU is concerned, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries, except as expressly provided in this ToU. Loan2cart’s Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Loan2cart and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
